About the Role
At Klima Global General Trading LLC, you’ll be central to delivering reliable power and controls for HVAC equipment and smart ventilation solutions. From cable containment and DB/MDB terminations to panel wiring and final commissioning, you will ensure neat workmanship, correct labeling, thorough testing, and safe energization. You’ll collaborate closely with mechanical, controls, and commissioning teams to hand over systems that perform as designed and meet authority requirements.
You’ll also be on site during equipment start‑up to resolve and troubleshoot electrical issues on HVAC equipment, ensuring safe energization and smooth handover.

Key Responsibilities
Install LV circuits and containment for HVAC equipment: AHUs/FAHUs, condensing units, pumps, ventilation fans, and K‑VENT kitchen hoods.
Wire, dress, and label control panels: DOL, Star‑Delta, VFD panels; assist with PLC I/O checks and interlocks.
Build cable trays, ladders, trunking, and EMT/GI conduits; pull cables; install supports, cable glands, and gland plates.
Terminate power and control cables (lugs, ferrules, heat‑shrink); torque to spec; verify earthing/grounding continuity.
Execute testing and measurements: continuity, insulation resistance (IR/PI), polarity, earth resistance, phase rotation, and motor direction.
Parameterize VFDs (motor data, accel/decel, protections); verify current draw and trips; document settings.
Support BMS/controls integration (BACnet/LON/TCP where applicable): controller wiring, signal segregation, addressing basics.
Read SLDs, wiring diagrams, and schematics; produce redlines and assist with as‑built drawings.
Interface with mechanical/controls for interlocks (fire alarm, float switches, pressure switches, Intelli‑Hood® DCKV, gas valve/fan interlocks).
Commission equipment with project engineers; complete checklists, test sheets, and handover packs.
Be on site during equipment start‑up to diagnose and resolve electrical issues on HVAC equipment (interlocks, control wiring, phase rotation, overload trips), ensuring safe energization and first‑time‑right commissioning.
Apply LOTO and permit‑to‑work procedures; maintain orderly, safe worksites and end‑of‑day housekeeping.
Manage tools/consumables; raise material requisitions; protect company assets; report calibration needs.
Must‑Have Qualifications
ITI/Diploma in Electrical (or equivalent trade certification).
Experience: 2–4 years in LV electrical installations and panel wiring (commercial/industrial).
Proficient with DB/MDB/SMDB terminations, cable glanding/termination, and harness dressing.
Able to read SLDs and schematics; understand basic control logic, interlocks, and safeties.
Skilled use of multimeter, clamp meter, megger (IR/PI), phase sequence meter, hydraulic crimper, torque wrenches.
Functional English/Hindi; Arabic is a plus. UAE transferable visa preferred.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Experience with VFD parameterization/auto‑tune and PLC panel I/O checks.
Exposure to BMS (BACnet/LON) gateways and HVAC controller wiring.
UAE light vehicle driving license.
Familiarity with DEWA/ADDC and local authority standards.
Project experience in hospitality, retail, healthcare, and mixed‑use developments.
Skills & Tools
Excellent cable dressing, ferruling, and panel aesthetics; disciplined labeling.
Conduit bending (EMT/GI), tray installation, and proper segregation of power, control, and comms.
Documentation discipline: test sheets, checklists, as‑builts (basic MS Excel/Docs).
Clear communication and professional etiquette at active customer sites.
Safety & Compliance
Strict LOTO; energized work only under approved permit and supervision.
Arc‑flash awareness and appropriate PPE; insulated tools where required.
Ladder/scaffold safety and work‑at‑height practices (manlift training a plus).
Compliance with manufacturer IOMs and local authority requirements at all times.
Employment Details
Schedule: 6‑day workweek; OT/night works may apply during shutdowns.
