About the Role

At Klima Global General Trading LLC, you’ll convert project requirements into reliable, energy‑efficient HVAC packages. You’ll qualify opportunities, size and select AHU/FAHU/HRV/VRF/DX systems, prepare compliant proposals and submittals, present value‑engineered alternatives, and coordinate with engineering, logistics, and service teams for smooth execution. You’ll be the technical‑commercial point of contact for consultants, contractors, and facility teams—aligning every solution with ASHRAE/Eurovent and authority requirements (DEWA/ADDC/municipal).

Key Responsibilities

Pre‑Sales & Discovery

  • Build relationships with consultants, contractors, and facility teams; qualify leads and map stakeholders.

  • Conduct site surveys; review tender drawings/specs, MEP schedules, and psychrometrics; capture duty points and T3/GCC design conditions.

Selection & Proposals

  • Size/select AHUs/FAHUs/HRVs (coil/CFM/ESP) and VRF (load diversity, piping limits); choose fans/filtration grades and accessories.

  • Prepare technical & commercial offers: BOQs, compliant deviations, data sheets, selection printouts, and submittal packages.

  • Engineer options: energy recovery, EC fans, VFDs, UV/WM/ecology for kitchens, BMS interlocks; ensure ASHRAE/Eurovent alignment.

Sales Execution

  • Present solutions and value‑engineered alternatives; handle clarifications and design reviews.

  • Negotiate pricing and terms with customers and suppliers; protect margin and delivery lead times.

  • Maintain forecast accuracy and pipeline hygiene in CRM.

Handover & Post‑Sale

  • Prepare order packs (approved drawings, selections, scope); coordinate with projects, logistics, and service.

  • Support submittals, factory/client inspections (FAT/SAT), and handover; pursue upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Ensure local authority (DEWA/ADDC/municipal) alignment; prepare prequalification/tender documentation.

Reporting

  • Weekly pipeline/status reviews; monthly order booking vs target; competitor and market intelligence.


Must‑Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (HVAC) or equivalent.

  • Experience: 3–5 years in HVAC sales/application engineering (UAE/GCC preferred).

  • Proficiency with selection tools and calculations: AHU coil/ESP, VRF sizing, psychrometric analysis, fan curves.

  • Ability to read MEP drawings/specs and produce accurate BOQs.

  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills.

  • Tools: MS Office, AutoCAD basics, CRM usage.

  • UAE driving license is required.

  • Contacts with contractors, consultants and clients in the UAE market. 

  • Numbers-driven person meeting set targets on monthly and quarterly basis. 


Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with Hygienic AHUs, heat recovery, and cleanroom specs.

  • Knowledge of DCKV and Hood systems for commercial kitchens.

  • Familiarity with LEED/Estidama credits relevant to HVAC.

  • Existing network in the UAE MEP ecosystem; GCC tendering experience.


Product & Tech Stack (You’ll Sell)

  • Air Handling: CLIMACS AHU/FAHU, HRV/ERU (plate/rotary).

  • DX/VRF: Toshiba VRF, ducted splits, rooftop package units.

  • Ventilation/Kitchen: K‑VENT hoods, Intelli‑Hood® DCKV, Aquafil Wet Scrubber.

  • Controls & Panels: DOL/Star‑Delta/VFD, PLC/HMI, BMS gateways.

  • IAQ & Filtration: ISO 16890 filters, UV, HEPA.
